Amber has been a nanny for our family (two children-- now aged five and one) for the last 2.5 yrs. Amber loves children and is a wonderful caregiver. She is unfailingly patient and reliable. She is conscious of safety, and has a good intuitive grasp of how children think - making her a excellent negotiator and manager, even with obstinate toddlers.
