Thave worked with kids that are mentally disabled and I have also worked in a dementia care facility, love being able to help, care and support people that need help. I also love watching kids and helping them reach milestones. I am CPR certified. I'd describe my personality as dependable, flexible, and motivated. I'm always willing to stay late if needed and with a proper notice if my schedule allows, try to keep a good work relationship with people so we both feel heard and respected. I like working with kids because my mother is a foster parent for mentally disabled children and I grew to love helping children and looking after them, they deserve to have someone in there corner that will help them with there goals
