My name is Emily Dawes, and I am a 20 year old currently pursuing my undergrad in Psychology on the Pre-Occupational Therapy track at Portland State University. Since I was 13, I have been babysitting for friends and family. I have also worked in an Early Learning Center for preschool/elementary school aged kiddos, been a camp counselor at a summer camp for children with intellectual/developmental disabilities, became the Assistant Director at that summer camp, and am currently the lead teacher at Spectra Gymnastics, a gym for children with special needs where we work on social, recreational, and therapeutic skills.
