Children make me laugh! Listening and speaking to young kids spurred me on to get a Masters in Childhood Education, certified to teach N-6th grade. When I talk to children and observe them, it's almost as though I see the gears and cogs in their brain turning. A child's innate curiosity and affection draw me in and I am hooked! I believe in books, books, books and read A LOT to all ages. Children's literature is a passion of mine. So are baking and being outside in nature, and I love to do those things with kids. I take kids to the park, for long walks, and provide many creative art and sensory experiences. I can also help with homework or remote schooling, if necessary. I am proud of my three adult children.
