My name is Caitlin, I am 24 years old and I just moved to Columbus! I am a recent graduate with a major in psychology and eventually want to become a counselor for elementary school children! I have been babysitting/nannying for seven years, both part time and full time, and I have also worked in a daycare with the twos and under. I have done after school care where I have been responsible for pick ups and drop offs, homework help and tutoring, snacks and dinner, and play and swimming supervision. I have also done full time where I have been responsible for the day to day meals needs and activities. Total No Show - Booked her while vacationing in FL. Never showed up or communicated she needed to cancel. Sad because I had several other applications for the job too. Her references insisted she was reliable so I was very disappointed in the unprofessional behavior.
