I work full-time as a project coordinator for a low voltage electrical company and graduated from Pierce College in 2020. I worked as a nanny through most of college and also provided childcare for families through high school. I am the oldest of over 15 grandchildren who I have provided care for on many occasions. I love watching how children's minds work and the creativity they have that allows me to let go of some of the stresses of life. Being a sitter has allowed me to grow as a person and connect with other people which is why I love it. My younger sister has been a type one diabetic for about 12 years so I do have some experience in caring for her and her diabetes.
