Although most of my childcare work has been volunteer work i do have a couple years of paid experience as well, however that was more of a nanny situation, i moved in to care for three kiddos ages 4-11 and i would stay with them for about a month intervals which lasted nearly two years before i got a summer job so i couldn’t travel and be live in help anymore (they lived about an hour away from my home). As for my volunteer work i spent years working through my church in the childcare centers rotating between infants to middle schoolers. I also spent a couple weeks for a couple summers volunteering at a Cristian camp which included things like looking after the kids, organizing fun games, and tidying up.
