We interviewed Lynn on FaceTime and then in person. We hired her, and set start dates and times. A couple days before her start date I messaged checking in and got no response. Completely ghosted us after two interviews and hiring her with everything set. We fired her after no response because our intuition was telling us this girl was not actually going to show up or respond. Hoping she can learn the difference between jobs and Tinder…… when people are relying on you to show up for a job you should really learn to communicate if you no longer wish to take the job. Good luck.
