I have had a passion for helping children since I was in elementary school myself. I have volunteered with Junior Achievement in order to help teachers at high-risk schools. I have had experience as an Instructional Substitute for three years, working in Elementary and Middle Schools. After moving to Texas, I spent time working as a Child and Youth Program Assistant Level 4 for U.S Army and Child Youth Services. I have served the Killeen Independent School District as an Instructional Substitute, Title I Aide, Kindergarten Aide, and Library Aide and am still currently employed with KISD. However, this leaves my availability to weekends and some evenings after 5 pm.
