My name is Laura! I have a Bachelors degree in Communication from Emporia State University in Kansas. I have more than 20 years experience with children of all ages. From volunteering in the church nursery, baby-sitting for families in my hometown through high school and college to being a professional nanny with an Orlando, FL agency, I have more than enough successful experience. I have 3 precious offspring of my own. My son is 9. My daughters are 17 & 19. They are the light of my life and I am one proud Mama Bear! I am extremely great with infants as well. I have a passion for consoling and calming newborns and toddlers. Just closely holding & rocking, speaking softly with these precious little people is all that they need when they are feeling sick, scared or miss their loved ones. The nursery workers at church called me the Baby Whisperer. I worked as a nanny for several families in Orlando, Florida. I cared for many children ranging from one year to middle school. I also house and baby sat for a family who's parents traveled out of the state on business for a week. I felt very comfortable cooking for them, driving the kids to their activities & school.
