I have worked in a school setting for 15 years as a Teacher's Assistant in Special Education. I have always had a sincere interest in working with children of all ages. As a mother of two young adults now age 22 and 25, I have enjoyed many summer activities over the years. Some of these activities include: traveling with soccer and softball leagues; going to the beach,;visiting museums and nature centers; participating in area library programs for children. I enjoyed being a Girl Scout leader and worked at Camp Green Forest as a Camp Counselor. Over the last 10 years I have worked as a assistant in the summer program at Chariho Regional School District with children of all ages from preschool through high school. I look forward to providing dependable, quality care that is child centered ,full of creative adventures and lots of fun.
