I have my bachelors degree in Integrative Healthcare and tend to lean towards being a “crunchy” nanny- but am eclectic and adaptable and love working with families- crunchy or not! I love keeping kids active and being outside with them and like to know your rules and expectations so that we can work together and be on the same page in all aspects of care. I also love pets, but am allergic to cats.

Melany came on a Friday (all day) to watch our daughter and her 2 preschool friends as the preschool was closed for a teacher inservice day. Melany showed up right on time, was happy and cheerful and friendly and really great with the girls. She made them lunch and took them to the park, played in the backyard with them, and helped them clean up their toys when it was time at the end of the day. Highly recommended!

We feel so fortunate to have met Melany. She is a wonderful, compassionate person and took excellent care of our two boys, aged 2 and 4. She is calm yet very competent and always works to make sure that everyone is comfortable and happy. Melany is very responsible and I always felt very comfortable leaving my sons in her care. She is creative and fun with play time and our boys often requested her presence. I highly recommend Melany - she's great!

Melany watched our daughter regularly from when she was about 10 months old to when she was 14 months old. Our daughter was extremely stranger shy and Melany was so patient and calm with her. Melany was the first person other than her parents that our daughter warmed up to. She is very responsible, reliable, respectful of our wishes on our daughter's care and a lot of fun with our daughter. We highly recommend her and are very sorry to see her leave CO!
