Hello :) My name is Mahpharah (ma-fa-ra) and I'm currently an English M.A. student at UNCW (will be graduating in May though!). During my undergrad years, I worked at a couple of day camps as an art assistant. I enjoy doing arts and crafts with kids, and I love spending some quiet time to take a walk or read a book. I'm also an English instructor, so I have some experience with kids who are younger as well as some older ones (as well as kids with special needs). After working in a few day camps, I see the value in spending time outside and doing things that engage us with each other instead of a one-way screen. If you choose me as your sitter, I would love to put some of these things into practice! I'm also up for engaging with any interests your kids may have :)
