Hello! My name is Sydney and I’m 21 years old. I have been working with kids for nine years, beginning by babysitting and nannying. I then became the lead teacher at a private daycare before becoming an HCBS worker for special needs kids. I’ve been mostly working with children with intellectual and/or developmental delays, but am familiar with some more basic medical care and am always willing to learn. I do have first aid and medication administration training as well! I’m currently finishing up my undergraduate degree at Butler in elementary education with plans to pursue Speech Language Pathology in graduate school.
