We hired Keri for a part-time, full day babysitting job, based on our in-person interview with her. On the morning of her first day, she texted saying that she was just going to try it out for the day and couldn't commit. I couldn't believe she told me this the day of! I need someone reliable that I can trust with my children, and she was clearly not the right fit. I now understand why her references didn't call me back. I should have paid closer attention to the red flags.
