I was very disappointed with Monica. She responded to my job posting and I booked her for a Saturday evening as I had a charity event to attend. Two days before the scheduled job, I called her and sent a message to confirm and she responded and confirmed she would be here. She did not show up. Fifteen minutes after she was supposed to have arrived, I called to make sure she was on her way. She did not pick up her phone. 5 minutes later I called again and after 2 rings I was sent to voicemail. I texted and got no response. She never showed up, never called, never texted, never sent a message. I sent her a message in the morning offering the opportunity to explain before posting this review, but she chose not to respond (I can see that she logged in today, so I assume she has seen my message offering to hear her side of the story). Her behavior was irresponsible and inconsiderate. I’ve honestly never had any babysitter do this before and I have never posted a negative review before, but I really felt it was necessary to let others know so they don't end up like I did. Beware before booking her for a job and make sure you have a back up plan.
