Hello there! First of all, thank you for stopping by and reading my profile! I have been caring and working with children for over 15 years in various roles from an occasional babysitter to a full-time nanny and teaching assistant in the classroom. I cannot imagine doing anything else as I really feel appreciated helping to raise a new generation of wonderful little people. I have a Foundation Degree in Children's and Young People's Services from a university in England & an Associate Degree in Management from Norwalk Community College., and through out the years I have gained many essential skills needed for a high quality childcare. I understand how hard it is for busy families to have someone else come in to their house and caring for their little munchkins. My aim is to always provide safe and happy environment for the children I am taking care of. I Read more consider myself responsible, creative, and active. I enjoy doing crafts, read books, but I also love being outside. I am a comfortable driver with a full Connecticut Drivers license and I can provide references from my previous employers.

Lenka has watched our two children for the last 2.5 years. Any family who has the opportunity to work with Lenka will not be disappointed! She is extremely efficient with her time, has incredible organization skills, and knows when the kids need play time and when they need to focus on school work. Lenka puts a tremendous effort into her job; whether It’s preparing kids lunches and snacks for school, tidying up toys, putting away laundry, or helping little ones learn to read or digest math facts. She is reliable, a safe driver, trustworthy, loving, and everything you want in a caregiver. I would be happy to provide additional information and reference for those considering her.
