My name is Darlene and I'm 21 years old, permanent resident to Los Angeles but currently residing in La Jolla to finish my senior year at UCSD. I am a sister to two younger brothers who I fed, changed, bathed, and played with until they were able to do it themselves. I am a volunteer at Sharp Mary Birch hospital for Women and Newborns and I received proper training on how to handle newborns. My mother was also a Comprehensive Perinatal Health Worker and made me attend workshops with her so I've gathered some knowledge on how to work with parents and children in a home. I love babies and want to get to interact with as many possible in my lifetime.
