Hello! I am an art student aiming for her masters in art education. After graduating in 2023, I hope to teach first grade. I have been working in childcare part time for nearly ten years, and have been working full time as a nanny for the past two years. As a teenager, I assisted in coaching an all girls youth softball team (ages 8+) as well as assisting and supervising in children's swim lessons (ages 3+). Since then, I have held several nannying jobs in the South Bay Area. Please inquire about references if you would like to. I am food safety certified, as well as first aid trained (I managed a skateboarding shop for three years, so you can imagine how many cuts, sprains, and bruises I've tended to). I enjoy nothing more than watching children learn and grow, and take so much pride and appreciation in having the Read more opportunity to be a positive role model for them. I am a huge advocate for children expressing themselves through creative projects like painting, ceramics, and writing. I hope to have the opportunity to nanny for a wonderful family that values communication, education, freedom of expression and of course, lots of fun. (-: Currently, I am available Monday-Thursday from 8:00am-6:00pm. Friday-Sunday are spent at my internship in a ceramic studio where I teach classes to beginning artists of all ages. Ideally, I am looking for ~25 hours per week.
