Hi! My name is Lauren and I'm 18 years old. I am currently home in Folsom for the summer, now through late-September, after completing my first year at UC Davis studying biological sciences. Throughout high school I gained a variety go childcare experience from babysitting and working as a substitute dance instructor in classes of kids of all ages at Hawkins School of Performing Arts. Working in the student/teacher environment at Hawkins taught me how to maintain my role as the responsible individual and do my work as an instructor while also forming friendships and keeping the enjoyment and interest of the kids in mind throughout the duration of the class. In this setting I was responsible for classes that ranged in age from 3-adult. The majority of my infant childcare experience comes from within my family.
