Hi Nannies. My neighbor and I are looking to do a nanny share for a 7-month-old and 10-month-old. Hours would ideally be 9-4pm, M-Th but we are flexible. Both families have dogs, are non-smoking, and have parents working from home. We are big fans of child led learning and lean towards gentle parenting.
