Hi! I am a single mama looking for a live-in nanny/au pair for my little boy (H) starting in June 2024 (flexible). He will be about 14 months old then. I also have one friendly cat who will likely sleep most of the day (or bombard you for pets).

I work from home in the back office. While I work, H has the run of the house! We love being outside. Even in the rain, we put on our raincoats and go for a walk or play on the covered deck. H loves to explore everything and learn how things work. He's a very smart, focused little boy!

I have a flexible schedule: M-F mornings, 7:30a-12:30p with the possibility of doing one or two longer days for a total of 25-30 hours. This flexible, part-time schedule would allow for a second afternoon/evening gig, if desired. Pay would be around $1800/month.

I'm also exploring the possibility of a live-in nanny/roommate situation. Rent would be $1000/month (includes your own room/bathroom, all utilities, and wifi). This can be slightly negotiable. No pets, no smoking. We live near a private lake with beach access. The neighborhood is safe and friendly with plenty of walking space off the busy road.
