Two toddlers in of care 2-4 days a week

We're the Sullivan's, a small family of 4 humans and 2 pomeranian. Mom, Tăsha, is a genderqueer extrovert artist. Dad, Thomas IV or T.J. for short, is the intellectual introvert book nerd. Temperance is our spirited 3yo that's already a boundary setting pro. Baby Thomas is our almost 2yo cuddle bug that loves to play. Beowolf and Tokie Wartooth are our 16 and 11yo pomeranian.
I need a sitter that's available Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, at various times.
My husband and I are both on calls for the Washington State Ferries. So we primarily need care for when our schedules over lap. Which vary weekly.
