Full-time Nanny for Newborn with parents occasionally working from home

We are looking for a full time Nanny to start around mid-August to care for our newborn daughter, who will be about 3 months old. Mom works at UVA, Dad works from home full time but will not be able to manage infant care and work during the work day alone.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
