Overnight - preferably long term - nanny/sitter for 2 littles

Hey there!
I am looking for a reliable, long-term babysitter for my 2 children who are 2 & 7 years old. I work 7 days on & 7 days off (work week being Thursday night - Thursday morning) at a local hospital.. the first 3 nights are 12-hour shifts that start at 7p, whereas the remaining days are 10-hour shifts starting at 9p. I will be able to start the bedtime routine with them before I leave for work in the evenings! I just need someone to stay with them overnight & relieved at 7a :)
