Full-time sitter for one 4 month old

My boyfriend and I are looking for a nanny to watch our baby when we return to work. We have one daughter and one dog.
We would need the sitter to watch our baby while we are at work. We would need care 3-4 days per week. Aside from taking care of the baby we may ask you to take our dog out to use the bathroom.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
