Part time for playful 3 month old Baby

I have a 3 month baby boy who needs care from a nurturing and patient mommy’s helper/nanny.
Help is needed so I can manage tasks at home, step out for errands and go to work. I am a nurse who works 12 hour shifts during the day. The days I work I would need you to be available until 9pm. At the moment I work one day a week and every other weekend.
Baby Duties include:
Baby laundry
Washing bottles
Diaper duty and baths
Feedings and burping
Supervising naps
Interactive play and tummy-time
Bedtime routine
Part time help during the week and some weekends (every other) is needed.
Requirements
- Comfortable with pets
- Sitter has own car
Responsibilities
- Prepare Snacks/Meals
- Light laundry
- Light housekeeping
- Running errands
- Bedtime
- Sick care
