Part time sitter for 16 month old, 2 days per week.

I am currently a stay-at-home mom, but I am looking to return to work part time. I have a 16 month old girl, and 2 older school aged children who will not need care.
Sitter will just need to be present and playful with my 16 month old! Will need to change diapers and give snacks as needed.
My husband works from home, so start and end times can be extremely flexible between 9am and 4pm. Great job for a college student.
