Dynamic 3 year old and an adorable, sweet 7 month old. We own a small business and mom needs some time during the week to get her work done. No cleaning, just focus on the kids. Flexible schedule, but we'd like to make it a consistent schedule throughout the week.
Be attentive and caring. Keep kids on their daily schedules. Be mindful of structure. Tablets and TV isn't the go to for entertainment. Maybe some weekends and overnights when mom and dad need a night out. Those would be worked out a head of time based on your schedule.
