Full-Time nanny in South Park area of Charlotte for a 2-YO boy and an infant girl. Hours are Mon/ Wed 7:30 am - 4:30 pm and Tues, Thu, Fri 7:30 am - 4 pm. (43.5hrs)
Best nanny is punctual, reliable, warm, caring, trustworthy, kind, has strong communication skills, and can provide loving care. 2YO is in pre-school each day, the nanny will be responsible for 9:00 am drop off and 12:50 pm pick up. Infant responsibilities would be feeding, changing, and assisting in creating a daytime sleep schedule
Mom is on maternity leave until August.Nanny will assist the mom through the transition of having a second child.It is important that mom gets special one-on-one time with their older son.Nanny may be asked to help with household management duties and will only have duties related to the children once mom returns to work. The nanny should be active, engaged, and creative in coming up with fun activities to do with the children that will foster growth and age-appropriate development.
They would like the nanny to read to them, get on the floor and play, play outside, and go on strolls. Family has severe cat allergies, so it is a must that the nanny does not have cats. Job starts ASAP, and pay is negotiable a$27-30 an hour, with Continued pay, Paid major holidays, Paid time off, and Paid mileage. The nanny should have prior nannying experience, a college degree or equal experience, be CPR and First Aid Certified, and be able to pass a full reference and background check.
