Seeking loving nanny in South Minneapolis

We are looking for a part-time in-home nanny for our daughter, to begin June 2024. We hope to form a long-term relationship with the right caregiver.
Our family values kindness, curiosity, independence, empathy, and creativity for our daughter and from our ideal caregiver. We strive to create an open and respectful home where our caregiver is a partner in creating fulfilling days for our kiddo. Both my husband and I work from home and are generally available for questions, but are occupied during day.
Hours are Monday-Thursday, 10am-4pm
Must be comfortable with a small, 12 year old bichon poodle mix.
We prefer someone who has CPR training, experience with potty training and values diverse perspectives.
