My mom lives with me, my husband (child's father) lives 3hrs away due to work and family requirements. I have 2 large dogs (60-85lbs each), 1 cat, and a part-time pug that live with me as well.
I need the sitter to provide care for my toddler, including taking him on outings to the park, library, etc. I would like him to receive potty training and early tutoring/educational activities as well as socializing (I will cover costs of activities/outings etc. as long as I know ahead of time, I am also willing to pay a price per mile for any required driving). "Light cleaning" consist of cleaning up after the toddler and sitter/nanny.
I am in the Army, working at the University of Kansas for the ROTC program. My schedule can be a bit... long (0700-1830 some days). However, my mom is able to cover most irregular hours. There will be multiple days during the normal schoolyear I will have off and will communicate that so the sitter/nanny can take the day for him/herself as he/she likes.
