Looking for a full time nanny for our 2 children ages 18mo and 4yr. 40-45 hours guaranteed with small overtime 1/2x month.

18mo is at home and 4yr does half day preschool but will start full days in fall.

Kids will need transport to activities-some walking and some driving our car. We loosely subscribe to Montessori and value someone who will engage with activities/conversation, take them outside, and be silly.

Kids are priority, but light housework is helpful. We view this as a partnership and are open to your thoughts.

We have 2 now but may want to grow our family so looking for a long term partnership.

Other notes: Mom and dad work from home. We have a dog and cat. Three story house. Must be non smoker and live in non smoking household.
