We are in need of a nanny for the summer months for our three children (4 1/2,7, and 9 1/2)
Our two younger kids will be around the house most days while our older son most likely will be involved in summer / sports camps - so really you will be watching 2 1/2 kids :)! Our kids have had sitters / nannies throughout their lives and are very comfortable with folks in the house.
