We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who is comfortable with cats, and who is knowledgeable on safety. We live in a quiet neighborhood with a big, fenced in backyard. Our daughter is 14 months old, and is really into learning letters of the alphabet, playing outside on the swing set, and eating different foods! Both parents work from home, with Dad traveling about 1 week per month.
