I am an entrepreneur and I work starting at 930 AM-10ish and some days will be short others 6-7 hours at the most. I honestly want someone who will monitor, nurture, and treat my child as if I would when I’m gone.

I’d like him to be fed at feeding times, read a book twice daily, change his diapers as needed, put him to sleep during nap time, etc.
