Sitter/nanny needed 2-3 days a week during work week

My husband and I are new parents to a baby boy born in February of 2024.
My husband works from home 5 days a week and I work from home 3 days a week (2 days at the office). We need someone who can watch our baby during the work day (8:30am-5pm) in our house while we work. We need someone 2-3 days per week, as my mom will fill in the other days.
