Wife works at Adventist hospital and I just finished school and will be looking for work soon. We have a toddler that will turn 2 in May and a baby on the way due in December that will need care as well.
Provide care for our toddler and also our expecting child when he/she arrives, most likely need two days a week for 11-12 hours/day. We are open to nanny shares as well as nanny proving care in our home or theirs, we would like there to be some sort of monitoring that we can log in and check on our kids for our peace of mind. This would be our first nanny experience so let us know how this works. We don't have set days yet, but will try to soon, two days 11-12 hrs/day Mon-Fri
