We have two amazing kids, a 6-yr-old girl and 4-yr-old boy. We need a reliable, energetic nanny who is kind and empathetic with children while also being a sturdy leader. Our 6-yr old has Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD) and she is also Gifted -- she is an amazing child. She can have big emotions, so we need someone who connects well with kids, and is comfortable supporting children with big feelings. Our daughter will sometimes be at camps.
