Monthly guaranteed wage of $19 per hour for 40 hours per week. Weekly overtime above 40 hours will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate, or approximately $28.50 per hour.
When worked, the following holidays will be paid at 1.5 hourly rate.

You will be able to provide 3 references, at least 2 from childcare work (paid or unpaid)
You have at least 1 year experience with children ages 6 months – 12+ years
You have relatable childcare experience and the desire to work one-on-one with children in their home, putting safety and engagement above all else
You have a reliable vehicle
You’re already CPR certified or able to be so
You are available Monday - Friday for 6 - 10 hour shifts between 7am and 7pm
