Part-time nanny Tues/Thurs for 7 month old

Looking for a part-time nanny (16 hrs/week) on Tuesdays and Thursdays 8-4. We look to increase to 3 days a week in October (your choice of days).
My husband works from home full time, I work from home part time.
We would love for the nanny to be caring, gentle, patient, calming. The nanny should be well-versed with baby-led weaning, helping baby meet milestones, and we really desire someone who talks to her all day.
With your application please elaborate on your experience and comfortability with infants and baby-led weaning. We are looking for a long term fit.
