We are a new family looking to start a nanny share. Our first baby is due on October 24, 2024, and we're planning to go back to work in February 2025. We have two sweet cats who love people. We are gentle people who aim to be gentle parents, but we also believe in teaching our child about limits and boundaries. We encourage our baby to play, get dirty, and make a mess, but we also expect them to learn to clean up and put their toys away at the end of the day.
I would like out sitter to care for out baby with love and attention. We would like screen time to the minimal, but we are okay with some as well. We live near parks, playgrounds, pool, trails, so there are plenty of places to go and activities to do. We would for out nanny to be consistent with the schedule we create for baby (napping and meals time), and expose them to different languages would be amazing, too!
The schedule would be weekly, we are still deciding the hours, but around 30 hours a week, normal business hours Mon-Fri. Our place has access to pool, playgrounds, park, trails, tennis court.
