We have had a great nanny for the last 1.5 years, who is now sadly leaving us for a corporate job :(, so we're looking for a new nanny.

We are parents to two boys (1.5 and 3yrs old) and a friendly dog. Dad works full time. Mom is a nurse that works 2-3 day-shifts per week at the hospital. Those are the days that we need a nanny (usually caring for 1 kid, sometimes both).

Note: Not the exact same 3 days every week (she gets schedule 4-6 weeks in advance), and sometimes includes 1 weekend day.
