We have 2 boys in middle school but we are mostly looking for care for our 7y.o. daughter.
Must be able to implement structure and consistency while encouraging self-regulation. She requires lots of patience and a sense of humor. Must have an understanding of adoption related issues and corresponding behaviors.

School pick up, supervise homework and chores, play, play dates, etc.
must be comfortable with dogs and cats. We also have horses but no horse experience is necessary.

We are looking for a very special person 2-5 days per week roughly 2:30-7:30.
