He appears to be going through a 5 month sleep regression and has been waking up every hour throughout the night (you will likely be up most of the night with him)- and they need an expert to help establish a healthy sleep schedule for him!
They would love a MINIMUM of 5 Nights/week of coverage (10 hours/night) starting ASAP- the assignment will ideally last around 4 weeks. Rate is $45-$50+/hr depending on experience. Their ideal candidate has 10+ years caring for newborns as a Newborn Care Specialist, has experience sleep training this age group, is calm, gentle, nurturing and easygoing.
ALL candidates must have their NCS certification. They prefer someone who is fully vaccinated (Covid vaccines + booster, Tdap + willing to get annual flu shot), though it's not required.
