We are a family of four, with our eldest (Harlow - 2yo) in full-time daycare, and our newest (Sierra - 3mo) at home.
Mom and Dad are both at work full-time from home, and we are looking to get some additional help with childcare. Luckily, both our families live nearby, so grandmas are able to help out. However, life happens and there are days when we need someone to watch one or both girls. For now, this will be more of an ad hoc setup, but we might also consider something more regular, 1-3 days/week.
