My family consists of me, my fiancé and our son. My fiancé is a RN, who works three days a week (when we would need a sitter) and I am a social worker. I do work from home but have a lot of inbound calls that limit me from being able to care for my son like I would enjoy to.
I would need the sitter to watch our son. Make sure he is clean, fed, the normal things. Our son is in corrective boots but they do not limit him hardly at all.
The schedule becomes the tricky part. My fiancé works 3 days a week (12s) and those will be the days that need to be covered. However, this schedule does change weekly and therefore we would need a flexible nanny who could come any day between Monday-Friday for the hours of 12pm-7:30pm. Schedule would be provided in advance ASAP (typically a month in advance)
