Teacher for two year old, couple times a week

Full time working parents to a two year old, with a baby on the way. Grandma is the full time care taker while the parents work. Child is bilingual.
We are looking for a teacher to come do preschool style activities with our two year old. We want to focus on phonics and reading, along with any other developmentally appropriate curriculum.
