Part time sitter for playful and shy toddler

We are a family of scientists we have one daughter and a cat. We live right next to a playground and a nice walkable area.
Play, change diapers,heat up food andhelp with eating. Our daughter also sleeps best in the stroller so walking with a stroller.
Looking for help mainly during work hours 9-5.
