Part time sitter for a smart people-oriented toddler

We are a family of two moms and a wonderful highly verbal toddler. Looking to branch out to childcare beyond ourselves and our nanny for more flexibility.
Play with Ariella, feed her dinner, entertain her with no screens until bedtime (typically 10:30 pm) then help her get to sleep.
